Community Room
The Manzanita Charter School Community Room is available for corporate mixers and meetings, social and formal dinners, cocktail receptions, holiday parties, family gatherings, workshops and lectures.
The Community Room will accommodate up to 100 guests in theater-style seating. Access to a large outdoor area with picnic tables and adjacent caterer's kitchen make it the perfect venue for a holiday party or wedding reception.
Manzanita Charter School is conveniently located just off of I-80 at Carlson Boulevard in the Richmond Annex. A small parking lot is available.

Scheduling Your Event
Please contact Jim Trombley (510-524-5500) to check availability for your event date, then download and complete a Rental Agreement Form. A tentative hold may be placed for a limited period while you make your final decision. A signed contract, certificate of insurance, a security deposit (that is fully refundable upon final inspection) and the full rental fee is required to finalize your arrangements. Rental rate is $350 per evening/day and an additional $50 for the use of the courtyard.
