Class Schedules
Sixth grade students have five teachers: one teacher for English and History, two teachers for Math and Science, a fourth teacher for Art, and a fifth teacher for Physical Education.
Seventh and Eighth grade students have six teachers: one teacher for each subject (English, History, Math, Science, Art and Physical Education). Additionally, Seventh and Eighth grade students see teachers for Independent Reading and Enrichment Math.
All students also have an Academy facilitator. Academy meets the last period on Friday afternoons, and is an enrichment program that teaches teamwork and goal planning. Past academies have included Gardening, Video Production, Architecture, Junk Art, Yearbook and Brazilian Drumming.
For a detailed look at current class schedules, click on the links to the left. The Minimum Day schedule is in effect on the 1st Tuesday of each month and on the day before a break (i.e., Thanksgiving Break or Winter Break).
